Melbourne Grammar versus St. Kevins rugby 2006

Fawkner Park was the venue as one of Victorian rugbys fiercest rivalrys was resumed to kick off the Victorian Schoolboys rugby season. Both schools were represented by teams at under 16, second, and first XV level. And all three games were crackers.

In the Under 16’s Melbourne Grammar came back after conceding an early try to score four out of the next five to run out comfortable winners.

Second Grade was dominated by St. Kevins who scored 4 unanswerred tries in a comprehensive win.

In first grade Melbourne Grammar School started strongly but St. Kevins slowly turned the tide to run out ultimate winners 29 to 7.
