- 60G of melted butter
- 1egg, lightly beaten.
- 6 Granny Smith apples
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3/4 cup of orange juice
- 1tsp of grated orange rind
- 1/2 cup of sultanas
- 2 tsp of cornflour
- 1 tb of water
- Glaze
- 2 tb of orange juice
- 2 tb og sugar
