complients of Scott Mc Conachie
(I have not tried)
9 eggs
1 1/4 cups of milk
3 cups of sugar
4 1/2 cups of S.R. fl.
1/2 butter
1 cup of oil
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs alternately with milk and flour then the rest.
Makes either 2 large tins or 3 sponge tins
May add choclate etc to make a rainbow cake. May add banana, apple or anything, also orange rind and a smallamount of juice.
